M	MARIANA ANGELICA MEJIA SOLORIO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola todos :) yo vengo a contarles mi PESIMA experiencia con el señor NOE repito que es personal así que yo tuve la mala suerte de conocer a un señor abusivo, yo llegue ahí el día 20 de Julio junto con mi novio y mis dos hijas dimos un deposito y la renta por $5500 pesos por mes con todo incluido, el cuarto de mis hijas tenia un colchón con manchas de sudor y no dijimos nada por que obviamente estamos en un lugar donde hace calor y es normal así que solo pusimos nuestro propio cubre colchón en su cuarto, el señor NOE nos había comentado que por el mes de octubre un extranjero volvería por que se había tenido que salir del pais por el tema de covid y que probablemente nos tendríamos que salir para ese mes y aceptamos, llegando justo septiembre mi novio me comentó que el señor noe al pagarle le renta le había dicho que ya no teníamos de que preocuparnos ya que el señor le informo que llegaría hasta el mes de febrero, a nosotros nos pareció excelente por que eso significaba que ya no teníamos que deambular buscando casa en la época donde mas difícil estar en la temporada alta en ´puerto... llegando este mes de diciembre y entregándole el dinero en la mano el señor indico que ya desde hace días el sabia que después del 20 de DICIEMBRE el tenia que rentar la habitación al supuesto extranjero quiero abrir un paréntesis y contar que a nosotros nos parecieron raras varias acciones de este señor una es que constantemente quería entrar a nuestra casa mostrándosela a mas personas y nosotras ahí, siempre quería abrir nuestras habitaciones siendo que es algo privado y que al final nosotros estábamos pagando por ella nos dijo que la quería rentar a otras personas, pero bueno hablando se entiende la gente y si lo hubiera dicho con tiempo simplemente hubiéramos buscado algo mas, el señor nos indico que teníamos 20 días para abandonar la casa, le comente que era una época demasiado difícil y que todos estaban aumentando los precios y bueno afortunamente una amiga nos ayudo a conseguir un cuarto para nosotros y se lo comentamos al señor le dijimos que nos era imposible abandonar la casa hasta el día 20 de DICIEMBRE por la temporada pero que ya habíamos encontrado algo así que pedimos que nos hiciera el ajuste por los tres días extra que había pasado después de la renta, y que nos devolviera el resto para poder hacer el deposito del cuarto y pagar ese mes o que se quedara con el deposito a lo que el señor se negó dijo que ese no era el acuerdo.... Excellent location 10 minute walk to he beach - Playa Marinero and downtown and a 15 minute walk Zicatela surf beach with many great restaurants and beach bars. Close to many restaurants and shops but in a local Mexican neighborhood for an authentic experience! Noe, Reyna and are amazing hosts - they cannot do enough for you and live in a separate house on site if needed. As an added bonus Reyna is a Spanish teacher and offers lessons on site. 5 star accommodation in my book - I have already paid my deposit to stay for 6 months next year.
