A lot of lack of responsibility to deliver the works are too excused in that there are more important projects and when you are going to see the progress they only take away the fund and now, the phone deals go through them

I had some cards made, the design that they proposed seemed to be done in Paint, they sold them to me for almost 600 pesos and the printing quality is the same as that of 100.
