Poca seriedad y profesionalismo. Llegamos a Puerto Juárez el viernes en la mañana para tomar el ferry a Isla Mujeres, le dijimos al propietario que vendríamos el domingo máximo a las 9 de la mañana porque teníamos prisa. Llegamos a las 8h30 para recuperar el carro y no había nadie, llamamos al número de contacto y el celular estaba apagado, nos dijimos quizás llegamos temprano, vamos a esperar. Ya nos dieron las 10h y nadie llegaba, preguntamos a los vecinos nadie lo conocía y empezamos a estresarnos porque teníamos que entregar el carro en el aeropuerto ya que lo habíamos alquilado y nosotros teníamos un vuelo a las 14h. No tuvimos noticias de él hasta las 11h15 que contestó el celular para decirnos tan descaradamente que como no hacía buen tiempo él no abrió ese día. Cuando llegó, cambió su versión diciendo que el había anotado que vendriamos a las 15h que nos iba a mostrar su cuaderno lo que había anotado, al final cuando entramos mientras cogíamos el carro nos dio la impresión que anoto rápido a las 12h. En conclusión ni siquiera el sabía su versión y nosotros pasamos el estrés de nuestras vidas porque íbamos a perder el vuelo internacional y no sabíamos como hacer para devolver el carro y con todas nuestras cosas dentro. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Little seriousness and professionalism. We arrived in Puerto Juarez on Friday morning to take the ferry to Isla Mujeres, we told the owner that we would come on Sunday at 9 am at the latest because we were in a hurry. We arrived at 8:30 a.m. to retrieve the car and there was nobody there, we called the contact number and the cell phone was turned off, we told ourselves maybe we arrived early, let's wait. They already gave us 10 am and no one came, we asked the neighbors no one knew him and we began to get stressed because we had to deliver the car at the airport since we had rented it and we had a flight at 2 pm. We didn't hear from him until 11:15 a.m. when he answered his cell phone to tell us so blatantly that since the weather wasn't good he didn't open that day. When he arrived, he changed his version saying that he had written down that we would come at 3:00 p.m. that he was going to show us what he had written down in his notebook, at the end when we entered while we were taking the car he gave us the impression that he wrote down quickly at 12:00 p.m. In conclusion, not even he knew his version and we had the stress of our lives because we were going to miss the international flight and we didn't know how to return the car with all our things inside. I don't recommend it at all.
