★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We gave 10kg to wash and even sorted the laundry. Nevertheless everything was put into the washing machine. Result: white laundry ruined... The laundry was almost completely destroyed. I can only advise everyone against the laundry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't sure which laundry service to use here in Tulum. Decided to go with Burbujas as recommended by hotel. Clothes weighed approx 4kg and charged 67 pesos. Clothes all came back nicely folded. Good service and lovely staff. Would go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST LAUNDROMAT EVER!!! La peor lavandería de la historia!!!! Only use them if you want your clothes washed with knives and bleach. I picked up my linens today and my rug has TWO giant cuts in it (brand new) and a set of my sheets (also new) has been destroyed with bleach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent a variety of clothes to be cleaned and 2 shirts were ruined. My sons black and white nike shirt and my brand new white tank top. Both were bleached and are now brown/yellow. The other items seem fine. I am thankful I didn’t send anymore whites. I don’t use bleach at home and should have asked them at they not use it. Oh well. The price was cheap it was about a week worth of clothes for 2 people and was only $94 pesos

I just got 6kg of various clothes washed today. I explicitly specified yesterday that the service should be extra-careful, not mixing colored/dark/light pieces together in the washer (nothing complicated, it's just their job !!!!), and also using soft dryer to avoid clothes get shrinked.
Result : several light colors pieces now have horrible brown splashs, and 2 dresses are too short now !!!!
I'm absolutely disgusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here, especially if you’re a tourist and even more so if you need to launder children’s clothes. 95% of my son’s clothes did not come back. All of his short sleeve shirts and shorts were missing when we got our bag back. We had 10-15 shirts and a few pairs of sweatpants in the load we dropped off and the only thing of his that was returned was a sweatshirt and a couple Long sleeve shirts. At first I thought it was a simple minor error until I realized ONLY his things were missing. It was a huge damper on our last night & really messed up our Valentines Day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite good service. Generally next day service giving back your clothes by 6p.m. the next day. Costs are per weight, so of your clothes are wet, ask them to weigh them after they've been cleaned
