Fui varias veces a pedir mi ropa y ellos se quedaron con mi Recibo la primera vez. Las veces posteriores se rehusaron a dármelo y me pedían regresar al día siguiente porque según ellos no la encontraban… no se han hecho responsables a la fecha y esto sucedió a principios de mayo. TENGAN CUIDADO! GOT STOLEN THERE… This place stole my white clothes that I had paid for and had had them removed (white duvet cover, white clothes, etc.) in the name of Leonor Guevara. I went several times to ask for my clothes and they got my receipt the first time. The following times they refused to give it to me and asked me to come back the next day because according to them they could not find her ... they have not been held responsible to date and this happened at the beginning of May. BE CAREFUL!

Byłam już daleko od Tulum, kiedy to odpakowałam i bardzo żałuję, że nie mogłam tam pójść po odszkodowanie. Daję 0 gwiazdek !!!! Omijać szerokim łukiem !!!!! All clothes are broken !!! Shrunken, rough and changed shapes. I threw almost everything in the trash !! I was a long way from Tulum when I unpacked it and I really regret not being able to go there to get your compensation. I give 0 stars !!!! Avoid a wide berth !!!!!

They’re extremely unorganized and under prepared for the amount of business they receive in La Veleta. A few months ago, they lost all of my t-shirts. 10 pieces. It took 2 weeks to resolve with the main branch on the Av Tulum. I understood things happen and took it as a loss. Due to an unsustainable volume of drop-offs they receive nowadays, they’ve begun outsourcing the work to a small town outside of Tulum without tracking what’s coming and going. Too often I’ll show up and they’re not sure where my stuff is. I’ll have to return the next day while a manager (who is stretched thin between multiple locations) is around so that she can call whoever they outsource to and see if they have it because they’re not sure what got sent out. The people are kind but the system that is in place is a joke for the amount of business they have. You can tell it’s draining on the employees with the amount of turnover they have. Find somewhere else to take your clothes.
