★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very slow. Your laundry always takes until 6 pm the next day. If you go in a couple of hours early they lie to you and say it isn’t finished. The old lady who runs the place is a grouch. They also loose clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They get all your laundry back to you with it smelling fresh. You can give them mixed loads so you don't have to separate your towels/bed sheets from your clothes at 22P a kilo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They finished the laundry the next day at 5 pm, but we had some white shirts. The white shirts came back with some brown stripes. I don't know what they did to them. Very disappointing because they were new. The rest of the black laundry was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Terrible customer service, did not provide a pick up tag when we dropped the clothes off and told us to come back tomorrow to pay no problem. When we came back to pay, they said we needed a tag and would not give us our clothes back without a long back and forth. Finally, once we received our clothes they were washed so poorly it was laughable. Stains on a lot of the cloths, dried at such high heats that most of the cloths shrank, absolutely damaging overall to the clothes. This is not a business you should ever go near.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a terrible experience. I left my clothes and the next day went to pick them up and they pretended they didn't have them. After a lot of back and forth, they finally returned my clothes to me. I had specifically told them to wash using cold water and gentle dry, but when I received my clothes back it was obvious they had put them on EXTREMELY high heat and hadn't used detergent. A lot of my clothes were shrunk and not even clean.
