★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at 9:10. One door was closed and the side door was open. I entered because it said on Google that it opened at 9 am. The girl that I asked was mopping and said that they were not open and that they opened at 10 or 10:30 am. If this is true then the hours need to be changed on Google. Will not be back to this BK and I eat here at least twice a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly managed location. Spent about one hour on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Counted 4-5 staff members. After customers left, no one cleaned up their tables remained dirty for a while. Trashcans overflowing. Slow service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time that I've visited this BK and also the second review. I thought it would have improved. I passed the place at 9:30 am and it was closed even though it says it opens at 9am. I returned at 10:30 am and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes. The employees just looked at me and no one greeted me and no one came to take my order. I had to ask if they were working. A man came out to let me know that they didn't have any service. Bad experience. Obviously the place needs new management. And the employees need training in proper customer service. I gave it a second chance. I will not return.
