★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal, para que te cobren, hasta que dejen de platicar, el que preparara las órdenes con el cubrebocas de hamaca de papada y le come a las papás de los pedidos y porque No dan popotes para las bebidas? Busquen una alternativa para dar popotes, en fin...todo el servicio mal.!

Me entregaron mi hamburguesa fría, las papas frías y al momento de decirles de mala gana me la recalentaron y por si fuera poco 3 de los 5 empleados de la sucursal tomando papas fritas por el lado de la cocina con sus manos puercas y al momento de hacerles la observación uno de ellos me contestó en tono de burla que no hay problema... La máquina de refrescos sin pepsi light, nunca tienen mostaza... Bueno... Para qué seguir.
Terrible... They gave me my cold hamburger, the cold fries and when I reluctantly told them they reheated it for me and as if that were not enough 3 of the 5 employees of the branch took fries from the kitchen side with their dirty hands and at the moment of making the observation, one of them replied in a mocking tone that there is no problem... The soda machine without light pepsi, they never have mustard... Well... Why continue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como es posible que en pleno día festivo el servicio sea tan lento, en una empresa tan reconocida?, La misma srita que cobra (muy amable por cierto), es la que esta preparando los pedidos. Sin refresco, 30 minutos para tomar la orden y eso sin contar el servicio para llevar de uber eats, rappid, etc.
How is it possible that in the middle of a holiday the service is so slow, in such a well-known company? The same lady who charges (very kind by the way), is the one who is preparing the orders. Without soda, 30 minutes to take the order and that without counting the take away service of uber eats, rappid, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No ha habido una sola vez que no haya habido un problema con ésta sucursal. Entiendo perfectamente que es un local pequeño, pero siempre les faltan ingredientes, siempre ofrecen menús incompletos. Los muchachos se esfuerzan por ofrecer un buen servicio y demuestran amabilidad pero es muy decepcionante llegar a pedir algo y que nunca haya.
There hasn't been a single time that there hasn't been a problem with this branch. I fully understand that it is a small place, but they always lack ingredients, they always offer incomplete menus. The guys try their best to offer good service and are friendly but it's very disappointing to come to ask for something and never get it.
