★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amable la cajera pero es la segunda ves que me hacen mal el pedido y siempre se les olvida poner jalapeño el que prepara las hamburguesas sin guantes ni cubre bocas aparte de greñudo mínimo una cachuchita le dije pero se hizo wey que no me escuchaba
The cashier is very kind but it is the second time that they make my order wrong and they always forget to put jalapeño the one who prepares the hamburgers without gloves or covers mouths apart from hairy hair at least a small cap I told her but it became wey who did not listen to me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El horario hasta las 9pm ?, el personal ya levantando sillas media hora antes del cierre, no me aceptaron pago con tarjeta argumentando problemas de terminal tan cerca del cierre ya habían hecho corte. El personal algo molesto por tener que preparar una hamburguesa más.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay cosas malas y cosas buenas de este lugar.
Lo bueno:
El staff atiende con ánimo y se esfuerzan en atender rápido y bien.
El lugar es pequeño pero tiene mesitas a un costado de la sala principal donde puedes comer relativamente en paz.
Hay todo lo del menú de Burger King.
Lo malo:
No hay ventanilla para auto king, así que hay que bajarse a hacer el pedido.
El estacionamiento es máximo para 4 vehículos.
Los cocineros están perdidos con el proceso de cocción de la carne, así que las hamburguesas (cualquiera, sea pollo o res) salen secas y muy tostadas. Casi no ponen vegetales en la hamburguesa, así que si la carne viene seca, la falta de vegetales la hace DOBLEMENTE seca.
De las tres veces que he ido, en dos ha fallado la fuente de refrescos. O no tienen el carbonatador y todo es refresco aguado o no hay sabores de refrescos.
Los restaurantes de comida rápida a mi parecer no merecen más de tres estrellas porque su comida de por sí es mediocre pero en este caso, la verdad es que el staff necesita más y mejor capacitación porque las hamburguesas de aquí están muy malas.
There are bad things and good things about this place.
The good:
The staff attends with encouragement and they make an effort to attend quickly and well.
The place is small but it has small tables to the side of the main room where you can eat in relative peace.
There's everything on the Burger King menu.
The bad:
There is no king car window, so you have to get out to order.
Parking is maximum for 4 vehicles.
Cooks are lost in the process of cooking meat, so the burgers (either chicken or beef) come out dry and very toasty. They hardly put any vegetables in the burger, so if the meat comes dry, the lack of vegetables makes it DOUBLE dry.
Of the three times I've been there, the soda fountain has failed twice. Either they don't have the carbonator and it's all watered down soda or there are no soda flavors.
In my opinion, fast food restaurants do not deserve more than three stars because their food is mediocre, but in this case, the truth is that the staff needs more and better training because the hamburgers here are very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carne quemada, solicite jalapeños y me dieron 4 rodajas comenté con la empleada y dijo que eran pocos porque eran gratis , después de gastar $ 310 pesos , pregunté si me podía vender y comento que vende hamburguesas y no chiles además al parecer ya no había papás eran pocas y muy doradas y eso que me cobraron por crecer mi paquete a mediano

Pero la comida no tenía sabor. La hamburguesa que puede no sabia a nada. Por estar de paso y no querer reclamar en el momento no dije nada. Pero si deberían mejorar la parte del sabor.
