★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Copian tarjetas de debito. Fatima Cándida Vega uso otra maquina para mi tarjeta y copio el número de atrás de la tarjeta. Uso la liga para pasar la tarjeta y no el chip. Después uso el chip para pagar y que la aceptase. Nunca pagar acá con tarjeta. Ver imagen.
They copy debit cards. Fatima Cándida Vega used another machine for my card and copied the number on the back of the card. I use the league to swipe the card and not the chip. Then I use the chip to pay and accept it. Never pay here with a card. View image.

Pesimo servicio no me quisieron aplicar un cupon de grupo alsea xq segun las chicas y la gerente de ahí ellos no son de grupo alsea justamente solo esa sucursal no es de alsea y quise ocupar mi woow para puntos y q tampoco podian xq no tenia ese servicio de puntos WOW. Quise pagar con tarjeta y no tenia sistema

Terrible service they did not want to apply a coupon from the alsea group because according to the girls and the manager there they are not from the alsea group, just that branch is not from alsea and I wanted to use my woow for points and they could not either because I did not have that service WOW points. I wanted to pay with a card and had no system

La comida no te deja un mal sabor de boca, solo la presentación deja algo que desear a comparación de sus promocionales.
If you are looking for fast food, Burger King is always an option, it is very located and the staff is efficient.
The food does not leave a bad taste in your mouth, only the presentation leaves something to be desired compared to its promotions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima sucursal según cierran a las 9 pm pero ya van 2 ocasiones una a las 7 y 30 pm y otra a las 8 pm que quiero ordenar y siempre ya no hay servicio. Nunca tienen nada (nuggets, papas, etc) y siempre son groseros. Lamentable BK
Lousy branch as they close at 9 pm but there are already 2 occasions one at 7 and 30 pm and another at 8 pm that I want to order and there is always no service. They never have anything (nuggets, fries, etc) and are always rude. pitiful bk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal ubicada dentro de patio Santa Fe deja mucho que desear desde la atención al cliente hasta los productos que ofrecen; parece que no es de la cadena ni pertenece al grupo Alsea ya que sus protocolos no satisfacen al cliente.
Durante mi visita pedí una hamburguesa y la mayoría de los ingredientes eran diferentes a los que se anuncian, mala temperatura y escasez de sabor; tampoco ofrecen alternativas o cambio.
No son muy amables cuando se le solicitan los condimentos y olvidan productos que vienen dentro de tu orden, se enojan si se les recuerda. En fin, una decepción mi visita y no lo recomiendo.
The branch located within Patio Santa Fe leaves much to be desired from customer service to the products they offer; it seems that it is not from the chain nor does it belong to the Alsea group since its protocols do not satisfy the client.
During my visit I ordered a hamburger and most of the ingredients were different from those advertised, bad temperature and lack of flavor; They also don't offer alternatives or change.
They are not very friendly when you ask for the condiments and forget products that come with your order, they get angry if you remind them. In short, a disappointment my visit and I do not recommend it.
