★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No puedo decir que tengan una atención buena, soy muy exigente y observador, estube por cuestiones de trabajo una semana en plaza mía tianguistenco, me percaté que el refil de refresco cuando Cinepolis tiene mucha afluencia por estrenos ellos lo quitan y te dan el vaso de refresco servido desde dentro y no hay refil, ah y un vaso servido a menos de 3/4 de vaso, ejemplo una niña de 12 años que estába sentada en la mesa de junto quería más refresco y fue cuatro veses a ver si podía servirse más refil de refresco y la respuesta de los chivos era en 5 minutos y llegaron las 8:30 fui yo y fue lo mismo, pongo atención en los demás días y lo mimo hacen con los helados, los sirven con menor cantidad o dicen sólo tengo de un sabor y es mentira tienen de vainilla, chocolate y combinado, el helado que pagas doble te lo dan sencillo.
Un caso raro pero nadie dijo nada, nadie se queja, quizá por la zona que es de estatus bajo, medio alto, el único que le dijo al sub gerente fui yo y los que escucharon se quedaron viendo, como diciendo tiene razón el señor.
ojo lo que te hace que quieras más refresco es que está pasado de sal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feo, se trabo la máquina de sodas y nos quedamos sin poder beber nada para pasar la comida, nos tardamos como una hora y aún no servía y preguntamos que nos podían dar para beber y nos comentaron que en otra hora mas.
Optamos mejor de salirnos y comprar una bebida ya que teníamos mucha sed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de que el refresco es con refil me negaron el servicio a sevirme y me dijeron que si quería refresco los esperara 1 hora y tuve que ir a soriana a comprar agua ya que mis niños tenía sed y no me permitieron servirles a pesar de que compré un refresco para cada uno me dieron mis vasos vacíod alegando problemas con la máquina y también negaron el rembolso de la bebida de la cual no pude beber

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te niegan el servicio a las 8:30pm cuando su horario dice que su horario de servicio es hasta las 9:00pm, ya con esta son 3 veces que me niegan el servicio a esta hora con lo cual no respetan su horario de servicio, espero que puedan solucionar esto
