★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I wanted one large Combo and one Burger. But I paid and received 2 large Combos, then long waiting time of 20 minutes, although there was only one couple in front of us. When we finally received the Burgers, the Burger both were cold. If there wouldn't been the lack of language I would have said something directly but the fact she even didn't manage my order right I didn't bother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CASH ONLY! Outside only, walk-up style to the window. Food from here has been better than BKs I’ve had in the U.S. Can get busy in the afternoon, ~15 min or so wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very long waiting time. Burger and fries were tasty. Don't order the apple juice which is disgusting. The crew was super friendly. The kitchen is in a type of food truck and there are tables in a garden area which is away from the main road. This Burger King is ideally located at the route from/to Coba for self-drivers from Tulum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow as as an old tortuga. Extremely slow. Parking is very difficult, as is getting to it going north. Will skip next time. It is a huge hastle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not your typical Burger King. It’s setup as a burger stand format with outside seating. Opens after 12pm for lunch as it only serves non-breakfast items. I was the first customer served on this day as I came as they opened for the day. So I assumed my burger and fries would be the freshest as it was just made fresh and wasn’t seating there.
Verdict? It was okay. It wasn’t bad. But it wasn’t amazing either. Just okay
