★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio por lo regular es bueno, sin embargo el día de hoy compre dos helados y uno me lo dieron al aventon, por lo que de camino a la mesa se cayó, fui con la persona del mostrador y le pedí si me lo podría volver a hacer por lo que de mas mala gana sólo le puso media vuelta de helado casi siempre compró para pasar un rato agradable en este caso con mi nieta pero hoy si de plano no me gusto la atención.
 The service is usually good, however today I bought two ice creams and one was given to me on a ride, so on the way to the table it fell, I went to the person at the counter and asked if he could return it to me to do what he reluctantly only put half a turn of ice cream he almost always bought to spend a pleasant time in this case with my granddaughter but today I didn't really like the attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service in general, staff rather rude. They have an attitude like if they were doing a favor to you. It is usually crowded as it is very close to the Basilica. They need more staff and friendlier, even the burgers are badly made, despite the fact is a chain restaurant.
