Update, December, 2019. Drive-thru continues to move at a snail pace. I was once inside, ordering, and a person from a car came in to complain with the manager. She said she had been in line for an hour already and they had only moved 3 car lengths.
If you plan on driving thru, prepare to wait!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were allowing inside ordering and sitting at tables. However, I was told I had to keep my mask on. They don't have straws, so you can't even have your drink. I left my food. It's really not reasonable. The tables were aválible with social distancing
It makes no sense.
No, I am not one of those people who refuses tp wear a mask. But reaĺly, if the tables are open and you are sitting alone it should be alright. Otherwise they should close the dining area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars must have been from an earlier visit. This is what happens when you have a shift without a mature person present and managing. The chocolate sundae came with barely a teaspoon of chocolate on the top. It was not 2 layers of chocolate and clearly had much less chocolate than the picture. When I sent it back they refused to add chocolate or make a fresh one. I went to the counter and held it up pointing to the picture saying, "This does not look like that picture. Give me my money back or give me a new one" At this point a customer, an older man, suggested she, the cashier, give my money back. Finally she returned the money. I am very disappointed. This is the only Burger King near me. But of course, I can no longer eat there, because I know how young restaurant workers who do not have a mature supervisor get even.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Revisen su orden si utilizan el drive thru, no lo hice y al llegar a casa me di cuenta que faltaba mi orden de nuggets.
Take a look at your order/bag when using the drive thru, they didn't included an order of nuggets I paid for.
