★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lunes 31 de Mayo fui como lo hago cada mes a Galerías Cuernavaca con mi esposa y esta vez con mi hijo siempre después de realizar los pagos y situaciones del mes, vamos a Burger King por nuestra Hamburguesa....pero esta vez nos fue mal muy mal. El sabor de la carne era diferente y se notaba rara la Hamburguesa....para no hacerla cansada....nos dio una terrible diarrea a mi esposa a mi hijo y Ami por dos días apenas vamos saliendo, dijo el doctor que la infección se debió a carne en mal estado. Que tristeza ver como los lugares de fast Food crean fama y se hechan en la hamaca y bajan su calidad, mucho que desear y pues no vuelvo a pararme en un burger King...lástima pero no les recomiendo el de galerías cuernavaca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes me gustaba mucho pero la calidad de entrega del producto dejo mucho que desear en esta ocasión, creo por brindar una atención rápida ante la situación de contingencia no se esmeran en entregar un producto de calidad. El queso estaba frío al igual que la carne en la hamburguesa xtreme que pedí, el pan a pesar de estar suave no se sentía fresco y las papas se sentían sin sal. Quiero creer que esto fue una situación que no forma parte de la normalidad, espero tener una mejor experiencia en la siguiente ocasión ya que son las hamburguesas que más prefiero.
Before I liked it a lot but the quality of product delivery left a lot to be desired this time, I believe by providing quick attention to the contingency situation they do not go out of their way to deliver a quality product. The cheese was cold just like the meat in the xtreme burger I ordered, the bread despite being soft didn't feel fresh and the potatoes felt unsalted. I want to believe that this was a situation that is not normal, I hope to have a better experience the next time since they are the burgers that I prefer the most.
