Los encargados platicando en el área de cocina, el único que está en caja se llama SAUL y se la pasa en el celular. Se tardaron 20 minutos en entregarme un par de bebidas y aparte la orden de alimentos la entregaron mal. El peor servicio de burger king en Toluca.
Terrible service, they have rows and rows of people and there is only one person charging. The managers talking in the kitchen area, the only one who is in the box is called SAUL and he spends it on his cell phone. It took 20 minutes to deliver a couple of drinks and apart from that the food order was delivered wrong. The worst burger king service in Toluca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había una larga fila tanto para ordenar como para entregar, comente que estaban muy lentos el que entrega escuchó y se molesto y empezó a tardarse mas, volví a comentar el porqué de su lentitud e inicio a insultarme con palabras altisonante me moleste y le reclame a lo que me corrió y me dijo que se iba a tardar lo que se tuviera que tardar y me largara gritándole y que no era la única dejando de hacer su trabajo, los supervisores me ofrecieron disculpas y a él lo retiraron enfurecido gritoneandome. E notado que lis chicos que trabajan platican mucho y no están en su trabajo y tiene una actitud arrogante porque te contestan burlonamente
