★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No aceptan los cupones porque según las hamburguesas son diferentes, iba a comprar un family king y me dijieron que no había que solo los que había en pantalla, realmente la señora que nos atendió fue bastante grosera, tengan cuidado con esta sucursal.
 They do not accept coupons because according to the hamburgers they are different, I was going to buy a family king and they told me that there were not only those that were on screen, really the lady who served us was quite rude, be careful with this branch.

Gerente grocera, que tal vez con un poco de tacto y educación podría explicar y no decir que en las letras chiquitas que no alcanzas a leer dice lo que yo digo. No quiso realizar un cambio en la orden y se entregó el pedido con dos de las tres hamburguesas que se pidieron con pan duro.
Bad service by not respecting promotions (2 that appeared on the screen to be exact)
Rude manager, who perhaps with a little tact and education could explain and not say that in the small letters that you cannot read, it says what I say. He did not want to make a change in the order and the order was delivered with two of the three hamburgers that were ordered with a stale bun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sra que atienen que no tienen cambio, regreso a varias personas por no tener cambio, ellas no tienen la culpa que sus jefes no les lleven el cambio para poder vender. Muchos clientes se devolvieron por la misma razón, la verdad mala mala atención al cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta del nabo, solo hay 2 empleados y la espera es pésima, llevo media hora esperando y no me pueden dar mi hamburguesa, de hecho estoy escribiendo esto desde el mostrador y ni me pelan... Aparte me estafaron al pagar me cobraron 40 pesos de mas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received an obviously old burger. The bun was stale and the burger was cold. I asked for a fresh one and the employee put it in the microwave and returned the very same burger to me. I insisted I wanted a fresh burger and she claimed she couldn't give me one. The chicken nuggets were awful too.
