C	Cherocu GS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una experiencia terrible, estuve a punto de perder mi autobús por los empleados desconsiderados y groseros de este lugar. Llegué con mi mamá a la 1.20 de la tarde aproximadamente y nuestra salida del autobus era a las 2.15, me tardaron casi toda la hora en entregar el paquete que pedí, mientras yo veía que a los muchachos de Uber eats y Rappi les daban en seguida su pedido. Dos veces les pedimos por favor que nos entregaran aunque fueran dos hamburguesas las que fueran, todavía tardaron y yo me fui, mi mamá fue la que se quedó a esperar el pedido mientras yo le pedí de favor al operador que esperara en lo que mi mamá llegaba. Por suerte el operador fue muy amable y esperó a que mi mamá llegara a documentar. Además la muchacha fue grosera con mi mamá y se negó a darle catsup. Las hamburguesas estaban mal hechas y nos pusieron muy pocas papas, no lo normal que ponen en la orden. En fin, un fiasco y cuando regrese de viaje iré a hablar con el gerente porque la empleada que nos atendió fue muy muy grosera. Terrible experience, I was about to miss my bus because of the inconsiderate and rude employees of this place. I arrived with my mother at approximately 1.20 in the afternoon and our bus departure was at 2.15, it took me almost the entire hour to deliver the package I asked for, while I saw that the guys from Uber eats and Rappi were given right away your order. Twice we asked them to please give us even two hamburgers, they still took a while and I left, my mother was the one who stayed to wait for the order while I asked the operator to please wait in what my mother arrived. Luckily the operator was very kind and waited for my mother to come to document. Also, the girl was rude to my mother and refused to give her ketchup. The burgers were poorly cooked and they put us very few potatoes, not the normal thing they put in the order. Anyway, a fiasco and when I return from my trip I will go talk to the manager because the employee who attended us was very very rude.
