★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is very bad the attendants don't look at your face and treats the customers (tourists) as they were doing a favor. The food preparation is kind of common, the place is ugly and dirty. So that I don't recommend this place in playa del Carmen for anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This burger king is so stingy with the fries. I promise you they have little tricks with the boxes as where they never fully open them so they can put less fries in them. Do the employees get paid in fries because they're not giving them to the customers that actually pay for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deceptive publicity on Uber eats. There was a 2 for 1 promo and they did not honor it. On top of it, I started feeling sick 1 hour after eating the burger. Stay as far away from this crooked business.
