Very bad service too late and when they have your order and questions they tell you that they don't have it and when they deliver it they tell you that they already had your order 30 minutes ago

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. Tengan cuidado al pedir con Didi en este lugar. No te mandan las cosas...se las quedan y cuando metes reclamo se hacen pende***s y cancelan rápidamente el reclamo. Me robaron como $400 pesos y ellos como si nada.
Appalling. Be careful when ordering with Didi at this place. They don't send you things... they keep them and when you make a claim they become idiots and quickly cancel the claim. They stole about $400 pesos from me and they thought nothing of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal atiende muy mal! como repartidor de app, el personal de ahi es muy nefasto y fastidian con su me le das salida al pedido, caray como si fuesemos unos rateros que nos queremos robar esa comida barata, es el único lugar donde piden eso. Tardan mucho en dar las órdenes de comida por App, llegas y solo se te quedan viendo cuando ven que traes la mochila de repartidor y simplemente se hacen pentontos, seguramente uno llega ahi a pararse no más para verles la cara.. no sé si son o se hacen , parece que te estuviesen haciendo un favor.
The staff treats very badly! As an app delivery person, the staff there is very nefarious and they annoy me with their order, damn it as if we were thieves who want to steal that cheap food, it is the only place where they ask for that. They take a long time to give the food orders through the App, you arrive and they only stare at you when they see you bring the delivery backpack and they just get stupid, surely one comes there to stop just to see their faces... I don't know if they are or they are done, it seems that they were doing you a favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La hamburguesa que pedí fue la BBQ con tocino, me comentaron que no había tocino más que en trozos pero la verdad no sabía a tocino, parecía chorizo por el color y la textura. La hamburguesa no tenía salsa BBQ, tenía un sabor muy fuerte a limón, terminé por tratar de retirar todo el aderezo, el quedó y el supuesto tocino en trozos y además que no tenían pay Hershey's. Malísima experiencia después de esperar con alegría está apertura en Alaia.
The hamburger I ordered was the BBQ with bacon, they told me that there was only bacon in pieces but the truth was that it did not taste like bacon, it looked like chorizo due to its color and texture. The burger did not have BBQ sauce, it had a very strong lemon flavor, I ended up trying to remove all the dressing, the leftovers and the supposed bacon in pieces and also that they did not have Hershey's pie. Very bad experience after waiting with joy for this opening in Alaia.
