★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo muy restringido, desde las salsas hasta los lugares donde sentarse. Y un sólo baño para todos los clientes. Aún permanece cerrada el área de niños. El estacionamiento es un problema. Y se tardan un poco en preparar las hamburguesas.
Desgraciadamente va de mal en peor, esta vez ni siquiera hay salsas, el refresco está al tiempo y no tienen hielo, en pleno calor.
Es una lástima que esté decayendo así Burger King, eran geniales.
 Everything very restricted, from the sauces to the places to sit. And a single bathroom for all customers. The children's area is still closed. Parking is a problem. And they take a while to prepare the burgers.
Unfortunately it goes from bad to worse, this time there aren't even any sauces, the soda is on time and they don't have ice, in full heat.
It's a shame Burger King is going downhill like this, they were great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general el servicio es bueno, solo hay algunos inconvenientes que corregir, como por ejemplo que muchas veces las personas no están acostumbradas a limpiar su lugar después de consumir sus alimentos dentro del establecimiento, por lo que dejan sus charolas con basura sobre las mesas y no hay alguien que las limpie a la brevedad para dejar en orden el espacio nuevamente. Por otro lado, los colaboradores que entregan los alimentos tienen que gritar fuertemente el nombre de los consumidores para que recojan sus alimentos, lo cual puede causar incomodidad al estar escuchando literal los gritos de estas personitas. Cabe mencionar que también si se quiere adquirir un cono, este se debe pagar en la zona de cajas y recibirlo en la parte de afuera donde deberían de cobrarse y despacharse estos helados. Les falta una mejor organización y logística en sus procesos. Junto a la puerta del baño hay un pequeño espacio que literal se vomita de charolas donde creo les entregan la panadería, lo cual a la vista resulta ser poco atractivo. El baño de abajo solo es para personas con discapacidad, lo cual resulta ser bastante incómodo, pues forzosamente se tiene que subir a la planta alta al baño. Deberían tener un mejor servicio en todos los aspectos.

On the other hand, the collaborators who deliver the food have to loudly shout the name of the consumers so that they pick up their food, which can cause discomfort when literally listening to the screams of these little people. It is worth mentioning that if you want to buy a cone, you must pay for it in the checkout area and receive it outside where these ice creams should be collected and dispatched. They lack better organization and logistics in their processes. Next to the bathroom door there is a small space that literally vomits out of trays where I think they deliver the bakery, which at first glance turns out to be unattractive. The downstairs bathroom is only for people with disabilities, which turns out to be quite inconvenient, since you necessarily have to go upstairs to the bathroom. They should have a better service in all aspects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal la señorita me estaba cobrando y se llevo la terminal con mi tarjeta por 5 min y despues pedí factura y no la hacen ademas que el papel que te dan no se ve, son groseros y no dan buen servicio
Very badly, the lady was charging me and took the terminal with my card for 5 minutes and then I asked for an invoice and they do not do it, besides the paper they give you is not visible, they are rude and do not give good service
