Pero lo que es verdaderamente increíble es el poco profesionalismo que hay detrás del servicio y atención al cliente. Llevo 3 semanas esperando la factura de mi consumo. La solicité en el sitio al recibir mi ticket como me pidieron. Ya me han pedido comunicarme con 3 diferentes personas y es increíble la absoluta ineptitud, hipocresía y cinismo del personal.
