★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una colonia a la orilla de la Ciudad de Cuernavaca, pertenece al Municipio de Temixco, existe una asociacion de Colonos que al parecer trabaja en el bienestar de las personas que viven ahi o tienen casa de fin de semana. Las calles estan limpias y en buen estado, los camellones tienen vegetacion y mantenimiento. El fraccionamiento cuenta con una caseta de vigilancia y personal a pie y en moto que coadyuba a la seguridad de la zona. Buen lugar para invertir, los precios por los terrenos han subido aunque en este momento hay muchas casas en venta y poca demanda. El fraccionamiento cuenta con pozos propios.
It is a colony on the edge of the City of Cuernavaca, it belongs to the Municipality of Temixco, there is an association of Colonos that apparently works on the welfare of the people who live there or have a weekend house. The streets are clean and in good condition, the ridges have vegetation and maintenance. The subdivision has a guardhouse and personnel on foot and motorcycle that contributes to the security of the area. Good place to invest, prices for land have gone up although at this time there are many houses for sale and little demand. The fractionation has its own wells.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una buena zona para vivir o pasar un fin de semana si estás buscando comprar o rentar en Cuernavaca.
La zona es bastante tranquila y es seguro para ir con tu familia o amigos, hay vigilancia en algunas secciones de la colonia para ingresar hay que registrarse o si eres colono con tu tarjeta de NFC.
Lo mejor de la zona esque tiene un clima mucho más primaveral que otras zonas de cuernavaca por lo que si es más cálido.
A good area to live or spend a weekend if you are looking to buy or rent in Cuernavaca.
The area is quite quiet and it is safe to go with your family or friends, there is surveillance in some sections of the colony to enter you have to register or if you are settler with your NFC card.
The best of the area esque has a much more spring weather than other areas of Cuernavaca so it is warmer.
