El servicio siempre es rápido y el personal siempre es aseado respetandoas medidas de seguridad e higiene, no obstante en horarios de entre las 19:00 y las 21:00 específicamente viernes, sábado y domingo es sumamente tratado y descuidado. Las veces que he pedido no respetan el pedido, me llegan con papas o sin papas, me cobran de más y de menos y pueden tardar entre 20 y hasta 60 minutos, las alitas llegan quemadas o con salsa que no pides. Únicamente es en ese horario, pero pues el sabor de lo que te mandan vaya que sobrepasa la calidad del precio y por supuesto, cuando ocurra no duden en llamar y notificarles a mi me han resuelto las 4 veces que me ha sucedido (pero me pasó) y es por eso que les doy 4 estrellas.
