★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He comido sus hamburguesas desde hace varios meses y nunca decepcionan, son platillos de buena cantidad y el sazón de todo es excelente, la única parte negativa es el tiempo de preparación pero vale la pena la espera al 100% además siempre de avisan de antemano si ti pedido puede demorar.

pero les recomiendo mejorar el servicio de venta por WhatsApp y la nueva página que acaban de abrir hice un pedido que aceptaron pero jamas hicieron y tuve que pedir a otro lado y me quede con el antojo pues se que están saturados y aunque 2 hrs de espera es muchísimo decidí esperar pero jamas llego mi pedido ni siquiera creo que lo hicieron, lo bueno que no pagué por transferencia si no, hasta sin dinero me hubiera quedado. y son 3 ocasiones que me pasa lo mismo, lo que digo es para que mejoren esa parte de venta y servicio al cliente porque la vdd son lo mejor

but I recommend improving the WhatsApp sales service and the new page that they just opened, I made an order that they accepted but never did and I had to ask elsewhere and I was left with the craving because I know they are saturated and even though I waited 2 hours It's a lot I decided to wait but my order never arrived I don't even think they did, the good thing I didn't pay by transfer if not, even without money I would have been left. and there are 3 occasions that the same thing happens to me, what I say is to improve that part of sales and customer service because the vdd are the best
