Simplemente la pague y me fui enojado El señor que esta a cargo tiene una falsa cara de amabilidad, maltrató a los chicos repartidores de comida rapida, no sabe sacar los pedidos que ya estan hechos. Hay hamburguesas que ya estan hechas y el esta parado sin hacer nada. No volveria a este lugar a menos que cambiaran al personal. Terrible service, I gave away my hamburger because of how long the service was, hopefully they will give it to someone who is willing to wait 1 hr for their hamburger. I just paid for it and I left mad The man in charge has a false face of kindness, he mistreated the fast food delivery boys, he does not know how to get the orders that are already made. There are hamburgers that are already made and he is standing there doing nothing. I wouldn't go back to this place unless they changed the staff.

D	David Orozco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen restaurante de la franquicia, un diseño novedoso y de buena imagen. Cuentan con un amplio espacio de juegos y mesas, ideal para llevar a niños. El personal en su mayoría es nuevo pero cumplen con la calidad de brindar un servicio. Pueden mejorar siempre. Por el momento no tienen oferta de helados, así que algunos paquetes o postres no pueden servirlos. Cuentan con la máquina pero al parecer no está en uso. La franquicia es operada por otra empresa diferente a la tradicional ALSEA Por lo que las promociones WOW no se aplican en este restaurante. Buen sabor en las hamburguesas y las papas pueden estar mejor cocidas Good restaurant of the franchise, a novel design and good image. They have a large space for games and tables, ideal for taking children. Most of the staff is new but they comply with the quality of providing a service. They can always improve. At the moment they do not offer ice cream, so some packages or desserts can not serve them. They have the machine but apparently it is not in use. The franchise is operated by another company different from the traditional ALSEA So the WOW promotions do not apply in this restaurant. Good flavor in hamburgers and potatoes can be better cooked

ALSO , the cook wasn’t wearing cloves !The girl who took my order Anayancy was great , she repeated my order . They also didn’t fill up the fries all the way , and they forgot one order of fries (4 small fries that I ordered) it’s fine though because I showed the lady my receipt and she gave it to me .
