Andrea me comento que pidiera otra cosa y me envían lo que falto o que fuera hasta la sucursal por lo que olvidaron poner en mi pedido, colgó la llamada y no volvieron a contestar. Que poca responsabilidad y pésimo servicio por parte de la encargada y el personal que no sabe de atención a cliente ni a resolver situaciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por el 28 de mayo día de la hamburguesa, el establecimiento es bueno, la atención también, se sintió a las empleadas un poco chocadas, supongo era por lo mismo de que hubo muchísima gente por las promociones, la verdad si recomiendo ir, bastante rápido y accesible ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos en línea a las 11 de la mañana y a la 1 de la tarde que fuimos a ver por qué no nos notificaban de la orden preparada nos dijeron que apenas la iban a hacer... La comida es lo de siempre.
Nota adicional: necesitábamos facturar y el portal nunca nos permitió generar la factura porque decía que el ticket no existía
We ordered online at 11 in the morning and at 1 in the afternoon we went to see why they did not notify us of the prepared order, they told us that they were just going to make it... The food is the usual.
Additional note: we needed to invoice and the portal never allowed us to generate the invoice because it said that the ticket did not exist

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ES UN VERDADERO ASCO. Acabo de hacer mi pedido por Rappi y en una de las hamburguesas venía una maraña de PELOS, no uno ni dos, era una BOLA DE PELOS y para colmo llevo una hora marcando a su teléfono y me cuelgan la llamada. SON UN ASCO
IT'S A REAL SUCKER. I just placed my order through Rappi and in one of the hamburgers there was a tangle of HAIRS, not one or two, it was a BALL OF HAIRS and to top it off I have been dialing their phone for an hour and they hang up on me. THEY ARE DISGUSTING
