Pero hace falta gestionar un sistema de atención al cliente, porque es súmamente tardado ir a cenar ahí.... en una ocasión estuve esperando más de una hora (El tiempo no fue desagradable, iba con amigos) pero al preguntar por qué la tardanza? Los dueños del negocio me dijeron que estaban dando salida a pedidos a domicilio. No pido que desatiendan los pedidos telefónicos, pero sí está muy mal hacer esperar tanto al comensal. El negocio ha crecido exponencialmente su afluencia de clientes pero ellos siguen con el mismo sistema que en un inicio y eso hace que uno tarde micho en comer. AUN CON TODO LO ANTERIOR, LAS HAMBURGUESAS ESTÁN BIEN CHINGONAS Y NO VOY A DEJAR DE IR A COMER. Espero que mi comentario sea aceptado como una crítica constructiva
They're very good! But it is necessary to manage a customer service system, because it is very late to go to dinner there .... once I was waiting for more than an hour (The time was not unpleasant, I went with friends) but when asking why the delay ? The business owners told me they were giving out home orders. I do not ask that they neglect telephone orders, but it is very bad to make the diner wait so long. The business has grown exponentially its influx of customers but they continue with the same system as in the beginning and that makes one take a long time to eat. EVEN WITH EVERYTHING ABOVE, THE HAMBURGES ARE WELL CHINGONAS AND I WILL NOT STOP GOING TO EAT. I hope my comment is accepted as a constructive criticism
