Excellent service My lenses were left in 1 day, the management was very fast. I highly recommend it because in addition to offering a good service they have very good prices.

Very bad. I was already wearing glasses and I went for a new evaluation because my eye was burning. They change the lenses, but when I picked them up I told them that it was very blurry and they told me it was "normal". Days after several dizziness and headaches, I go to another optician to have another opinion and they tell me that indeed the exam was bad for me (graduation and wrong axes). I returned to Burnell, they evaluate me again, they tell me that it was indeed "laboratory error", that I have "x" graduation and axes (coinciding with the recipe from the other optician), they change the lenses and when I return to pick them up, I They say that they leave the same graduation in the eye that bothered me that because I could not stand what it really was. That according to it was going to be fine. Something quite illogical because they practically left me the same graduation and ardor with which I arrived. Now I have to spend again on other lenses and of course on another lens. I'm not coming back.
