It is the first time that I order through the didi food platform but the truth is that I leave a lot to say... the meat is very dry and overly seasoned and the tortillas are cold as if they had been flipped three times on the griddle with this experience, no I would ask again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca me trajeron mi pedido a domicilio. De retraso en retraso más de 1 hora, me dejaron sin cenar a mí y mi familia y no fueron ni para responder las llamadas ni WhatsApp.
Efectivamente, a las 11:15 pm ya no lo iba a recibir cuando mi pedido lo hice 9:30 y me dejaron de responder los mensajes a las 10:30. Y qué bueno que tienen tanto trabajo, sólo sean honestos con sus tiempos de entrega y no den falsas expectativas. Era mi primer pedido y con esta falta de humildad, no volveré a ordenar nunca. Deberían aceptar su error y pedir una disculpa por lo menos, pero están dejando muy clara la filosofía de su negocio.
They never delivered my order to my home. From delay to delay more than 1 hour, they left me and my family without dinner and they did not go to answer the calls or WhatsApp.
Indeed, at 11:15 pm I was no longer going to receive it when I placed my order at 9:30 and they stopped answering my messages at 10:30. And it's good that you have so much work, just be honest with your delivery times and don't give false expectations. It was my first order and with this lack of humility, I will never order again. They should accept their mistake and apologize at the very least, but they are making their business philosophy very clear.
