Omg, we would wish to stay one more night in Tulum to get one more burrito! He knows how to make great meat ??He loves that and it makes the quality! He puts so much heart and LOVE into this food! These are Recipes from his hometown in Chihuahua. I love the vegetables he uses inside with the Asada - all of the flavors and all of the homemade salsas are also TOP NOTCH! Super impressed and will return! Be sure to stop here for a unique, delicious burrito made over the open flame!!

The salsas are freshly made and full of unique tastes that had my taste buds tingling. The veggies are super flavorful and so are the meats. There’s something about cooking over a open grill that just gives the food a flavor that can not be matched or forgotten. Had the burrito for dinner and best bet had to try the breakfast burrito the very next morning. Happy rolling and keep those burritos flowing!!

Even the wood is specifically selected from three different fruit trees to creat the perfect flavor in the meat. Made with tons of love and passion to serve only the best. Excellent service, great conversation. They only sell 30 fresh burritos per day. Highly recommend.
O	Olivia Do on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the best burritos we’ve ever had! stumbled upon these guys on our last night, and so happy we did. they use high quality ingredients and make their owner special sauces. they don’t use your typical rice + beans, instead - delicious vegetables. everything is over a wood fired grill. we loved them so much, we got them to go for our flight the next morning. best idea ever :) we got the rib burritos + rib eye burritos to go. loved chatting with the owner + guys working, learning more about their story + how they got started. really inspiring stuff. these burritos are a MUST TRY.
D	David Duffy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible place! We got to eat here twice and both times were special . Everything cooked over wood fire, all of the sauces, meat and the final finish. The two guys running the stall are very kind, and the place has such a special vibe, to grab a beer on the way, and sit on the street beside the fire eating. The food itself is full of flavour. The tortilla is light and crispy from the fire, and the choice of fillings is great. Best burrito I’ve ever had. My only comment, is I would love to see the surfaces wiped with a fresh kitchen towel or clean cloth after chopping chicken on the same board as the burrito. Neither of us had any problems, but I would love the hygiene to be a little higher, but it is street food in Mexico, so very normal. Highly recommended!
