★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yet, another Potato "Recruiting Agency" I come across. Why on God's name would you make anyone waste 1 hour on USELESS psychometric test, but make a 3 minute interview were you basically got no valuable information. Even more important, the position that was published requires proficiency on English, the 3 minute interview was 100% on Spanish. As an RH expert, an as someone that interviewed hundreds of candidates for exempt and non exempt positions, I'm absolutely blown away to see this potato "middle man" companies not having a single clue what a well structured recruiting process is. I could easily bet a $100 USD that, if I ask them to show me their documented recruitment process flowchart, they don't have one.
