★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal todo, mal servicio, mal autobus??No se los recomiendo! No quiero entrar en detalles por que me llevaria 2 dias escribiendo,pero si pueden contratar otra linea de autobuses mucho mejor!!
Very bad everything, bad service, bad bus. I do not recommend them! I don't want to go into details because it would take me 2 days to write, but if you can hire another bus line, much better !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El autobus doble piso muy cómodo pero la actitud de servicio del chófer muy mala. No quisieron parar en un viaje de 12 horas a comer a ningún sitio, nos bajaron en una caseta q ni oxxo tenía sólo unos ambulantes y todos nos obligamos a tener q comprar ahí lo q vendían para aguantar todo el viaje. Un menor, que pagó su asiento como todos y por tanto sus derechos en el autobus, en uno d los traslados quería orinar y no quisieron abrir el baño para que entrara, lo hicieron esperar a que bajara a conseguir donde. El sanitario muy sucio con bolsa llena de papeles colgando por un lado de la taza y tirándose todo. Una pena teniendo tan buenas unidades que se opaque por ese tipo de servicio.
The double-decker bus is very comfortable but the service attitude of the driver is very bad. They did not want to stop on a 12-hour trip to eat anywhere, they let us down in a booth that even oxxo had only a few street vendors and we all forced ourselves to have to buy what they sold there to endure the whole trip. A minor, who paid for his seat like everyone else and therefore his rights on the bus, on one of the transfers wanted to urinate and they did not want to open the bathroom to get him in, they made him wait for him to get down to get where. The very dirty toilet with a bag full of papers hanging over the side of the bowl and throwing everything away. A shame having such good units that it is overshadowed by that type of service.
