★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio. Es la agencia de viajes corporativa y es la segunda vez que nos dejan sin hospedaje en Monterrey, por qué la tarjeta con la que pretendían pagar no tiene crédito. No contestan en el 01800 y además nadie responde en el teléfono de emergencias que se supone es 24 horas.
Terrible service It is the corporate travel agency and it is the second time that they leave us without lodging in Monterrey, why the card with which they intended to pay has no credit. They do not answer in the 01800 and in addition nobody answers in the emergency telephone that is supposed to be 24 hours.
