★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El setvicio es muy bueno pero la aplicacion en ocasiones falla y no permite obtener el ticket y por lo consiguiente no permiten abordar cuando la culpa no ea del usuario en teoria la aplicacion debe de funcionar todo el tiempo al 100%
The service is very good but the application sometimes fails and does not allow obtaining the ticket and therefore does not allow addressing when the fault does not come from the user in theory the application must work 100% all the time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, llegue a tiempo y dejaron entrar a otras personas que no tuvieron reservación. Tuve que esperar hasta 15 minutos más a pesar que hice previo pago y reservación. Luego de esperar me comentan que deben de llenar TODOS los asientos, por situación pandemia (COVID-19) se debe de tener reglamentos de sana distancia y no la respetan. Se llenó a 14 personas y debieron permitir por reglamento 7 personas. Por mi propia salud preferí pagar un Uber costoso para no tener situación contagio por una aplicación que no sigue las reglas. Es mucho más caro perder a un familiar o tener que hospitalizarme por conveniencia de la la aplicación. No recomendare nunca esta aplicación y no la usaré mas nunca ni por mas barato que sea.
Very bad experience, I arrived on time and they let in other people who did not have a reservation. I had to wait up to 15 more minutes even though I made prior payment and reservation. After waiting, they tell me that they must fill ALL the seats, due to a pandemic situation (COVID-19) they must have healthy distance regulations and they do not respect it. 14 people were filled and 7 people had to be allowed by regulation. For my own health, I preferred to pay an expensive Uber to avoid being contagious by an application that does not follow the rules. It is much more expensive to lose a family member or have to be hospitalized for the convenience of the application. I will never recommend this application and I will never use it again, no matter how cheap it is.

Realmente suena bien el servicio que brinda Bussi pero lamentablemente no cumplió con la reservación que hice, reserve la ruta de Polanco Ecatepec para el día de hoy 23 de Agosto y en App indicaba que saldría a las 6:03 pm, llegue 40 minutos antes para que no tuviera complicaciones al llegar y esas cosas pero el transporte NUNCA LLEGO, me comuniqué con soporte para preguntar que paso pero solo se limitaron a decirme que mi reservación era para las 7 PM cosa que negué porque verifique bien antes de solicitarlo, en fin; les comenté que no me servía el horario que me indicaban y deseaba cancelar y quería mi reembolso, me comentaron sin más que se cancelaría el servicio y me regresarían mi dinero en créditos.
NO ME SIRVEN LOS CRÉDITOS PORQUE NO PIENSO VOLVER A SOLICITAR EL SERVICIO SI NO ES DE CONFIANZA
Por esa razón redacto mi experiencia para que tomen precauciones
Anexo las capturas que hice... en verdad esperaba algo seguro pero lamentablemente me defraudó
A bad experience with Bussi I will not trust this service again
The service provided by Bussi really sounds good but unfortunately it did not comply with the reservation I made, I booked the Polanco Ecatepec route for today, August 23 and in App indicated that it would leave at 6:03 pm, arrive 40 minutes earlier to I had no complications when I arrived and those things but the transport NEVER ARRIVED, I contacted support to ask what happened but they only said that my reservation was for 7 PM which I denied because I checked well before requesting it, anyway; I told them that they did not serve me the schedule they indicated and wanted to cancel and I wanted my refund, they told me that the service would be canceled and my money would be returned in credits.
THE CREDITS ARE NOT SERVED BECAUSE I DO NOT THINK TO REQUEST THE SERVICE AGAIN IF IT IS NOT TRUSTED
For that reason I write my experience to take precautions
Annex the catches I made ... I really expected something safe but unfortunately disappointed me
