It is a unique restaurant, 100% attention, excellent service and very rich food, the waiter has the attention to tell you the ingredients of the dish or some comment about it, they treated us very well highly recommended.

No hay más opciones de comida en la trinidad lleven uds algo de comer pues realmente es una decepción y una asquerosidad TOTAL! Y quieren hacer las cosas disque tan gourmet que no tienen idea! La comida sin sal! Sopa de tortilla? Totopos remojados en agua de jitomate! Es una cosa horrenda. No lo recomiendo
Terrible service. Disgusting food Super slow Bad faces that great disappointment. There are no more food options in the trinity. Take something to eat as it really is a total disappointment and disgust! And they want to make things so gourmet that they have no idea! The food without salt! Tortilla Soup? Totopos soaked in tomato water! It is a horrible thing. I do not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cocina es excelente; sin embargo el vapor y calor generados en la alberca afectan la experiencia. Un poco desatentos algunos meseros pero la calidad de los platillos lo compensa todo.
The kitchen is excellent; however, the steam and heat generated in the pool affect the experience. A little inattentive some waiters but the quality of the dishes makes up for everything.

Sinceramente ha valido la pena la vuelta y lo recomiendo ampliamente; desde sus menús degustación con chefs invitados hasta sus desayunos tradicionales con un toque delicioso, donde el cariño a lo que hacen se nota en cada bocado.
Desayuno;
huevos divorciados con salsa roja & verde con queso y brotes de cilantro, definitivamente las salsas son de un sazón deli!
Hot Cakes con helado de piloncillo.
No duden en visitar este lugar cuando estén de paso o por el gusto de hacer y comer rico!
Mexican cuisine brought to a delicious, creative reinterpretation. It was honestly worth the trip and I highly recommend it; from their tasting menus with guest chefs to their traditional breakfasts with a delicious touch, where the love for what they do is noticeable in every bite.
Breakfast;
divorced eggs with red & green sauce with cheese and coriander sprouts, the sauces are definitely deli seasoned!
Hot Cakes with brown sugar ice cream.
Do not hesitate to visit this place when you are passing through or for the pleasure of making and eating delicious!
