★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were not staying at Chablé Maroma but made the drive from Cancun to enjoy dinner. It’s quite a hike, especially after you get off the highway and traverse the non-lighted, pot-filled roads and make it past the security checkpoints.
The adventure though is worth it as the resort is incredible and the food, service and presentation is likely some of the best on the Riviera Maya. It’s destination dining (to put it mildly).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu’ul is truly a gastronomical experience. The waiters are truly experienced and have a beautiful way of explaining every ingredient in all the dishes and explaining why the chef chooses these Mexican ingredients to go with every dish. This is high end Mexican food like no other restaurant in the riviera maya. The presentation of every dish is though out and beautiful. The food is flavourful and the ingredients very much compliment each other. Glad that we were able to experience this and will definitely be coming back for more!
