Buuts' Ha' Cenote Club - 77770 Balam Canché

Very nice place to swimming!

My plan was to have lunch and some drinks after swimming at the cenotes. A very nice gentleman (he was awesome) welcomed me and told me to sit anywhere that a waiter would come with menus and that I could eat wherever I pleased. Also explained me about swimming at that cenote, and that I needed to tell my waiter to arrange everything for me. After I sat down tho, nobody approached me for about 15-20 min. I had to get up to catch their attention to get me menus and basically had to beg them to place my order. All the staff around me were on their phone and even smoking. I wanted to order more things but they never came around to check on me. Now, there were some people siting somewhere close to me and the waiter was there the whole time following all the steps of service. I wonder if it’s because I’m not white or “European like”. I honestly felt like I was not welcomed there. I ended up asking for the check that took forever to arrive, with 15% tip included. The server even told me it was policy to “suggest 15%” (but not really because it was already added to the bill) but I could leave more if I wanted to. Which I would if the service was actually good. It’s a shame, because the place is beautiful, and have a great vibe. The concept of a cenote club is genius, I wish I had a better experience there.

Hm… I am not so sure here. Yes, it is a nice place with bar and restaurant, a DJ is playing some electronic stuff and on the weekend there are parties as well. Quite nice, but apart of this, there is not much to explore here. For me, it was too little. I prefer the other denotes like dos ojos or azul. But they serve a different purpose.

Beautiful place with a resort feeling. A natural cenote with it's own club, great music, drinks and food. We have spend there few hours and enjoyed the most of it. It is all clean and the service is great too. We stayed at the cenote casa tortuga hotel so for the 4 cenotes tour we paid 400 pesos+only 100 pesos to get access to the club which bought us access to the zip line too that goes over the cenotes. An amazing experience for a full day.

If you are in Tulum, it is the best place to be! Adults only cenote club service amazing food and great drinks. A little pricy but worth it for the service, music, food and atmosphere. You can swim all around the club and there are small waterfalls. At night, the surrounding area lights up. Would come back! Food We had the creamy shrimp tacos - soo amazing, the best I had my entire trip The octopus was incredible and I don’t know if it can be any better. We talk about it everyday since we left. We also had the hummus which was delicious, and huge oysters that were so fresh tasting and large! The red fruit bowl- I have never had blueberries that good and they were frosted cold and so refreshing. Only complaint is that they close too early (8pm)

Amazing place, just to relax and enjoy. The drinks and the staff are great. Loved it! Want to come back!

Excellent food in a beautiful setting. The place is perfect to enjoy the cenote scenery while being able to relax, order food and drinks, etc. The food was fresh and delicious, perfectly seasoned. The green goddess salad was my personal favourite, I highly recommend it! The attention was also very good, service was swift and courteous.
