We are very disappointed in this laundry. We had been using their services for almost a year without any problem, until recently their space became very saturated and we lost more than 5 items of clothing upon receiving it, including a new dress. The managers only told me that if I preferred I could stop using of their services, claiming it was impossible for them to have lost my clothes and my husband's, being the only place where we take them to wash. This situation makes me very helpless and above all the lack of empathy they took towards the situation. I do not recommend it. Update: This situation is already over a year old. I am still very angry about the lousy customer service I received. The manager practically sent me to my house to check 3kg of clothes that I lost, because when doing the count we saw that it was much more clothes than we had thought. It is worth mentioning that we were in the midst of a pandemic and no one entered the house, and it was the only laundry we used I personally went to speak with the person in charge and besides the fact that I arrived more than 30 minutes later than the appointment, he did not solve anything for me. They completely washed their hands and accused me that there are people who make these comments to get money. Good luck if you decide to do business with this company, one day they treat you well and the next you just want to take money from them for a mistake they made. Terrible service
