★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaciones excelentes, lastima que al acudir a estas instalaciones no dejan entrar y todos tenemos que estar afuera ( con lluvia, frío) y tampoco dejan pasar a los sanitarios ( y en periodo de pandemia, como es posible que no dejen usar los sanitarios), pésimo y mas al estar en una zona muy aislada de la ciudad.
En lo personal sufrí de robo ( raro en Puebla), la policía municipal los detuvo ( los felicito a ellos) y al venir a declarar 5 horas en el frio no hay donde sentarse o lavarse las manos.
Me encontré muchas familias sentadas en la banqueta, con bebes, niños, el gobierno del estado debería estar al pendiente de esta situación tan mediocre.
Excellent facilities, it is a shame that when you go to these facilities they do not allow you to enter and we all have to be outside (in the rain, cold) and they do not allow the toilets to pass through (and in a pandemic period, as they may not let you use the toilets), lousy and more to be in a very isolated area of the city.
Personally, I suffered from theft (rare in Puebla), the municipal police detained them (I congratulate them) and when they came to declare 5 hours in the cold there is no where to sit or wash their hands.
I found many families sitting on the sidewalk, with babies, children, the state government should be aware of this mediocre situation.
