★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful experience! My fiance and i had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Patrick & Astrid, who taught us SO MUCH about cacao. We had a wonderful time, tasted samples of their cacao, and now have an understanding of the history and process of making cacao. We of course bought a lot of cacao bars and can't wait to visit again in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tour was very interesting, our guide Paola was very kind and sweet, slowly explaining the whole process and history of producing cocoa in Mexico. We could taste different kinds of cocoa and it was all for free. Definitely worth of visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed the short tour and education by the family that owns this artisan cacao business. The owner and his son took us through the entire evolution of the cacao bean. My personal favorite was the cacao with chile. I also purchased a bar of the cardomon and the one with salt. All were delicious and delightful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best chocolate in Mérida! The tour was very interesting, although the space/photos of process could use a little bit of an update. So many interesting flavors of chocolate to try for free. You won’t leave empty-handed! I bought the oregano chocolate, so delicious and unusual!
