★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraude cuando ofrecen su tarjeta Visa, te dicen que no te cobra anualidad si no la usas y ya me llegó el pago de este año.
Además la seguridad que te brindan es cero, tarjeta clonada y jamás la he usado, ahora quieren que pague la anualidad y la atención en cancelaciones pésima, grosero, ya se la saben cómo no dar soluciones.
*No acepten la tarjeta Visa, es un fraude*

Firme una acta de destrucción, el plástico lo destruyeron en frente de mi y ahora resulta que me cobran anualidad además de unas compras que yo no realice y me envían un mensaje que la tarjeta es clonada. Fui a tienda, me dieron una consulta de saldo donde mi tarjeta real esta en ceros (anexo imagen), posteriormente me dijeron que aparece la otra tarjeta que nunca acepte y destruyeron en frente de mi, me dijeron que esa aclaración solo podía ser vía telefónica, pero por teléfono no hay manera de comunicarme con un asesor. Pésimo servicio tanto en tienda como por teléfono. Espero me den respuesta por este medio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es uno de las peores experiencias, su cobros son absurdos y a su conveniencia.. No recomiendo su tarjeta, son puras mentiras, dicen que no tiene anualidad pero son puras mentiras.
Les dejo mi ejemplo con la tarjeta, yo compre unos jeans en total fueron $850 y si lo acepto me pase, entregue tarde mi pago casi una semana, pero, porque yo no vivo cercas de la tienda aun así iba a pagar, eso fue mi culpa pero al pagar me cobraban $3,700... Osea porque? Les pedí explicaciones y nunca me pudieron explicar porque debía tanto.. Me dijeron que era porque debía muchas prendas cuando compré 2 pantalones.. Mucho, mucho cuidado con ellos, son una basura.
