Compré ropa y traté de cambiarla por otra talla u otro modelo y pagaba la diferencia del precio y se negaron porque no tenía el recibo. En otra ocasión me regalaron ropa de este mismo lugar y no me quedó y quise cambiarla por otra talla y se negaron de vuelta y les aventé las dos camisas por las cara. Terrible service in this store in Los Mochis, Sinaloa. I bought clothes and tried to change them for another size or another model and I paid the difference of the price and they refused because I did not have the receipt. On another occasion they gave me clothes from this same place and they did not fit me and I wanted to change them for another size and they refused to return and I threw the two shirts at their faces.
R	Rosario Ramírez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! , te ofrecen una tarjeta ? gratis para hacer compras en tienda a meses sin intereses pero cuando pagues lo que compres te obligan a pagar una membresía por esa tarjeta, las señoras que atienden hay te hecha mentiras y te enredan para no decirte que estas obligado a pagar dicha membresía, en mi caso me querían retener mi credencial de elector para obligarme a aceptar pagar la membresía y falsificaron mi firma para quererme obligar a aceptar el tramite, yo la verdad me lleve una gran decepción con el personal de este lugar. Terrible service! , they offer you a free card ? to make purchases in the store for months without interest but when you pay what you buy they force you to pay a membership for that card, the ladies who attend there are lying to you and they entangle you so as not to tell you that you are obliged to pay said membership, in my case they wanted to retain my voter ID to force me to agree to pay the membership and they forged my signature to want to force me to accept the process, I was really disappointed with the staff of this place.

Espero y esto sea un plan de contingencia COVID, ya que el no dejarte medir utiliza más tiempo del debido en caso de que no te quede algún artículo qué hayas comprado tengas qué recurrir a la tienda de nuevo a hacer una devolución. Muy mal por parte de C&A. I didn't like that they don't let you measure clothes. I hope and this is a COVID contingency plan, since not letting you measure uses more time than it should in case you do not have an item that you have bought left, you have to go to the store again to make a return. Very bad on C&A's part.

No te permiten medir te la ropa en los probadores, te piden que vuelvas para cambio de talla y tienes que hacer fila nuevamente, no tienen criterio ni sentido común. Sugiero hacer 1 sola fila para cambios de talla o abrir probadores a la brevedad. En mi caso pedí hablar con el gerente y el se porto muy amable y permitió que realizará mi cambio de talla con agilidad, por tener una situación especial, pero tuve que pedir hablar con el, ya que la supervisora no me resolvía nada.En cuanto a calidad de ropa, le doy un 80% This establishment is overflowing with 3n clientele, there is always a long line to pay.
