★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ropa está muy buena el problema es el servicio al cliente ya que al momento de hacer una devolución no siguen sus mismas políticas , según ellos no se puede hacer una devolución en efectivo pero en su página de internet dice lo contrario no hay empleados disponible para atender y casi todo está revuelto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dijeron que al momento de sacar la tarjeta CyA no tendria que pagar intereses, y yo como tonto les creí, despues de un tiempo de haber sacado la tarjeta cargaron a la tarjeta un cobro del seguro y un cobro de manejo de tarjeta además de un cobro de un interés (el cual se supone que no habia segun los de la tienda) por haber pagado un dia después, y me tuvieron pagando todo esto sin haber aceptado o sin haberme contactado antes sin siquiera aceptar ninguno de estos cobros extras.
No se si es la tienda o los trabajadores robando dinero.

Llevo meses intentado cancelar la tarjeta, despues de haber comprado unas calcetas a credito de 180$ , y hasta la fecha no he terminado de pagarlas y ya llevo mas de 1000 pesos pagados de 180$, y al tratar de hacer la cancelación me cobran y me aplazan el tiempo de cancelación, y cada mes me cobran mas y mas, y asi sucesivamente por ya 7 meses, no vale la pena comprar en C&A a credito, no malgasten su dinero y tiempo en esa tienda. Y no acepten su credito
