★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si conoces a alguien de ahí te atienden bien, de lo contrario tardan mucho en servir los alimentos, y te mandan lo que pides como ellos quieren, sin los ingredientes tal como lo marca en la carta y aparte todavía te cobran el 15%de servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su servicio es pésimo, muy lentos, estuve 3 horas y solo sirvieron 3 platillos, para un coctel de camarón 1 hora en traerlo, es el peor servicio que he visto en Puebla, además el mesero quería cobrar a fuerza el servicio del 15%, lo único rescatable es el sabor en los alimentos es muy rico. Pero cero recomendable.
Their service is terrible, very slow, I was 3 hours and they only served 3 dishes, for a shrimp cocktail 1 hour to bring it, it is the worst service I have seen in Puebla, also the waiter wanted to charge 15% for the service, The only redeemable thing is the taste in the food is very rich. But zero recommended.

- Tardan en atenderte.
- Pides más comida y dicen que te esperes por qué apenas está saliendo la comida
- No hay barra de buffet.
- No hay orden en los platillos.
- El sabor es Horrible.
- Sin musica en vivo (en su propaganda mencionan eso).
- Y al pedir la cuenta te dicen "ahí lo que gustes dejar por el excelente servicio.
Terrible service.
- They take time to serve you.
- You order more food and they tell you to wait because the food is just coming out
- There is no buffet bar.
- There is no order in the dishes.
- The taste is Awful.
- No live music (they mention that in their advertising).
- And when you ask for the bill they tell you "there what you like to leave for the excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es agradable y había música en vivo, no califico con 5 estrellas porque el día de mi cumpleaños una vez que le di propina al mesero dejó de atenderme bien, tenía que pedirle las cosas más 3 veces en detalles tan sencillos como unas servilletas.
The place is nice and there was live music, I don't rate it 5 stars because on my birthday once I tipped the waiter he stopped serving me well, I had to ask for things more than 3 times in details as simple as some napkins.
