Yo trabaje para las campañas de atención y soporte al cliente de BBVA y me preocupa muchísimo que los empleados utilizan el sistema del banco para consultar los datos bancarios y personales de familiares, compañeros, conocidos y hasta de personas famosas sin previa autorización ni motivo de llamada o aclaración (dirección de residencia, saldo, movimientos, número de tarjetas, etc). Yo tuve problemas relacionados pues mi analista de calidad consultaba con frecuencia mis datos bancarios sin mi autorización y conocimiento, posteriormente se dedicó a divulgar mi información bancaria lo cual me trajo muchos problemas. Lo peor de todo es que los supervisores y gerentes ignoran la situación e incluso participan en este tipo de practicas nefastas (o al menos eso fue lo que yo presencié en la campaña de redes sociales). Espero que este mensaje llegue a los representantes de BBVA y hagan algo al respecto. Adicional a esto y tal ves menos importante, en la capacitación de redes sociales a la que yo asistí hubo una serie de casos de acoso sexual e intimidación por parte de la formadora a algunos alumnos que posteriormente renunciaron, esta situación fue reportada al departamento de bienestar laboral pero la empresa decidió no hacer nada al respecto y olvidar la situación. Cabe destacar que las instalaciones son bastante buenas.
