★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé una iMac a reparación y simplemente no pudieron hacerlo. No están capacitados ni intentaron ofrecer o buscar una solución.
Lo peor es que me hicieron perder el tiempo por mas de una semana, y claro, ni una disculpa.
No cometan el mismo error y busquen a verdaderos profesionales -los cuales ya me dieron solución en un par de horas-, no a éstos técnicos de banqueta.
I took an iMac in for repair and they just couldn't do it. They are not trained nor did they try to offer or look for a solution.
The worst thing is that they made me waste my time for more than a week, and of course, not an apology.
Don't make the same mistake and look for true professionals -who already gave me a solution in a couple of hours-, not these sidewalk technicians.
