Hacen bastante complicado el tema de rentar un carro tienes que dejar dos referencias personales con teléfono de casa y les marcan en el momento . Quién está en su casa en estos tiempos ? Ni para una tarjeta de crédito o crédito hipotecario te piden tan absurdos requerimientos. Ojalá mejoren por qué están perdiendo clientes. Preferí rentar en una empresa americana con menos sorpresas.
The female staff that attends have a super bad attitude, terrible customer service. They make the issue of renting a car quite complicated. You have to leave two personal references with a home phone number and they dial them right away. Who is at home these days? Not even for a credit card or mortgage loan do they ask you for such absurd requirements. Hopefully they improve why they are losing customers. I preferred to rent from an American company with fewer surprises.
