★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardaron 5 horas en darme los resultados de la prueba covid de antígeno, siendo que por lo general tarda 15 o 20 minutos en estar lista, tuve que ir presencialmente por mis resultados los cuales ya estaban listos. Pido que estén más al pendiente por favor.
It took 5 hours to give me the results of the covid antigen test, being that it usually takes 15 or 20 minutes to be ready, I had to go in person for my results which were already ready. I ask you to be more vigilant please.

Un resultado de 15 minutos tardaron más de un día en entregarlo por que se les olvidó (ellos dijeron eso) y hasta que se dignaron a contestar el teléfono me lo enviaron, en 9trq ocasión comentarios incorrectos de la señorita que toma las nuestras, prejuiciosos y groseros.
Terrible service, on more than one occasion.
A result of 15 minutes took more than a day to deliver because they forgot (they said that) and until they deigned to answer the phone they sent it to me, on 9th occasion incorrect comments from the lady who takes ours, prejudiced and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malisima atención al cliente. No me contestaron nunca el teléfono para confirmar si tenían un estudio. Cuando llegué si lo tenían pero no sirvió el aparato.
Lousy customer service. They never answered the phone to confirm if they had a studio. When I arrived they did have it but the device did not work.
