★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los estudios son muy buenos así como las interpretaciones, aunque el servico no es muy profesional, me toco una interpretación que estuve que esperaqr mas de 2 hrs y perdí mi cita. En la segunda ocasión llegué 45 min antes de cerrar (sábado 11 de mayo 2019) y estaba todo el personal reunido tras mostrador y me dijeron que ya no podían hacer el estudio porque se tardaría despues de las 2 pm, siendo que por teléfono me dijeron que se llevaba 20 minutos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de recepción de la sucursal Ortiz Mena PESIMO, acudí a hacerme unos estudios de los cuales no sabía el costo hable a las 3 sucursales y en ninguna me contestaron, por cercanía acudi al Ortiz Mena había una gran fila de gente esperando a hacerse prueba de covid, entre a recepción a que me dieran el costo de los estudios ya que no sabía si iba a alcanzar con el dinero que traía y la señorita muy grosera me sacó le manifesté que quería el costo para ver si podía realizarme los estudios y me dijo que para pedir precio también tenía que hacer ese gran fila ?????????? no recomiendo

Tienen terminal para el pago con tarjeta.
Los resultados te los envían con QR, en línea, no tienes que volver al lugar a menos que se especifique en el estudio.
La prueba PCR está en $1700 y la de antígenos en $400 (en menos de dos horas sabes ti resultado) , con iva incluido.
El primer contacto del servicio al cliente es rudo, pero con los demás es perfecto.

La radióloga es una persona muy amable y contestan tus dudas me sentí muy bien y los precios accesibles y sobre todo la calidad en su trabajo y las normas de seguridad sanitaria excelentes !! Se los recomiendo… recuerden hacerse su mastografia y sonografia mamaria a tiempo !! :)
